As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for converting referrals for delivery of services,taking referrals, data entry, answering inquiries, and disseminating information about the agency.
This position establishes and maintains effective and efficient systems for patient referral, data entry, and communications to support the department in securing referrals.
This position assists with daily operations of the agency including coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between Clinical Supervisor's and the agency.

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education:
Associate degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting.
Customer Service and office management experience preferred.
Required:
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs.
