Position
Summary:
Crew LeaderThis position directs, controls and organizes production team member activities, ensures a safe work environment is maintained, makes certain the quality and quantity of the product meets departmental requirements, communicates company objectives, plans work, seeks continuous improvement opportunities, aims to reach goals while working a continuous operating schedule, and is responsible for directing and supporting the development of teammates.
Responsibilities:
Principle accountabilities and duties Establish plans to meet production objectives, communicate to team members, monitor inventories, and adjust schedules to maintain on time schedule delivery; coordinate production activities with engineering / maintenance and tech service to obtain optimum productivity; initiate countermeasures and kaizen activity reports and monitor results.
30 Provides leadership to all team members by identifying growth opportunities, scheduling classes to meet team members' development, maintaining a good work environment, counseling and motivating team members, and ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all team members by following company policies.
25 Maintain quality standards by educating team members on working standards, process control plans, and standard practices; coordinates the investigation and analysis of quality near misses, mis-productions, and production stops; monitor daily results and identify adverse trends, develop countermeasures, and obtain necessary assistance from support groups to create and implement quality improvements projects; promote housekeeping and 5S activities.
20 Provide a safe working environment and promote safety awareness; conduct and monitor safety near misses / hidden danger program and monthly safety audits; implement countermeasures for any hazardous conditions and develop safety improvements.
15 Ensure cost effectiveness by monitoring control points of cost to budget on waste, rework, scrap, and overtime; countermeasure adverse trends; develop and implement cost savings programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related Field OR2 years college, associate degree, technical or business related and 2 year production supervisory experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
