Human Resources Representative

Responsibilities:

Payroll

Responsible for the plants payroll administration and process. Will also serve as payroll backup for Aiken PSR

Ensure compliance with company pay policies

AAP

Responsible for the affirmative action plan compliance for both Aiken Plants

Team Member RelationsResponsible for all aspects of team member relations for the designated area of the plant. This involves regular contact with Machine Technicians, Service Technicians and Staff team members regarding issues of policy interpretation and development, plant morale, and team member problems, issues and concerns.

StaffingSalaried Coordinate posting of positions in area of responsibility. Coordinate interviews and participate in the interview process.

Corrective Coaching and CounselingProvide guidance to Crew Leaders regarding decisions on placement of team members into the Corrective Coaching and Counseling process. Make recommendations based on legal issues and past practice. Also involved in the actual administration of the Corrective Coaching and Counseling event giving guidance and support to the team member.

Benefit AdministrationResponsible for education and guidance relating to benefits for hourly and salaried team members. This includes conducting enrollment orientations for new hires, answering benefits related questions, assisting team members with benefits problems and discrepancies in coverage.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

Preferred:

In addition to required qualifications, Human Resources certification

2 year payroll and HR related experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
